Up to 90 Minutes | $245

Here I conduct a holistic case history, gathering important information regarding your current symptoms, past medical history, family history, diet, lifestyle and physical signs to help give me a thorough understanding of your current health status.

The initial consultation involves:

• A comprehensive analysis of your current and past health concerns and family medical history

• Assessment of your current dietary and lifestyle habits and social and environmental factors

• Discussion of your personal health goals and how we can work together to achieve them

• Physical examination and iridology analysis

• Review of recent pathology results (blood tests or functional testing)

• Referral for additional testing if required

An individualised treatment plan will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days, comprised of treatment goals, dietary and lifestyle advice and may include a prescription of herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation and/or energetic medicine.

Up to 45-60 Minutes | $125-$150

Follow up consultations are essential to assess your progress with treatment and revise our strategies as required. This is to ensure you feel supported and on track to achieve your health goals and reach optimal health and wellbeing. The frequency of consultations is highly individual and will depend on your personal health goals and your current health state.

Follow up consultations include:

• Progress review of treatment

• Analysis of test results (i.e. blood tests, functional testing)

• Adjustments to your treatment plan and prescription based on any new findings

*An extended consultation of up to 60 minutes ($135) should be booked if you have test results to discuss, haven’t seen me in a while, have a complex health condition or are wanting to address new health goals.

Up to 30 Minutes | $90

A brief appointment option offered to existing clients experiencing an acute health situation such as a seasonal cold/flu, respiratory infection, UTI, thrush etc or a single symptom flare up. Not advised for more complex health conditions or as a regular follow-up to ongoing treatment.

A short check-in phone call to answer brief questions, gauge how treatment is tracking and/or adjust treatment advice or prescriptions.
