Initial Consultation
Up to 90 Minutes | $245
Here I conduct a holistic case history, gathering important information regarding your current symptoms, past medical history, family history, diet, lifestyle and physical signs to help give me a thorough understanding of your current health status.
The initial consultation involves:
A comprehensive analysis of your current and past health concerns and family medical history
Assessment of your current dietary and lifestyle habits and social and environmental factors
Discussion of your personal health goals and how we can work together to achieve them
Physical examination and iridology analysis
Review of recent pathology results (blood tests or functional testing)
Referral for additional testing if required
An individualised treatment plan will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days, comprised of treatment goals, dietary and lifestyle advice and may include a prescription of herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation and/or energetic medicine.

Follow-up Consultation
Up to 45-60 Minutes | $125-$150
Follow up consultations are essential to assess your progress with treatment and revise our strategies as required. This is to ensure you feel supported and on track to achieve your health goals and reach optimal health and wellbeing. The frequency of consultations is highly individual and will depend on your personal health goals and your current health state.
Follow up consultations include:
Progress review of treatment
Analysis of test results (i.e. blood tests, functional testing)
Adjustments to your treatment plan and prescription based on any new findings
*An extended consultation of up to 60 minutes ($135) should be booked if you have test results to discuss, haven’t seen me in a while, have a complex health condition or are wanting to address new health goals.

Acute Consultation
Up to 30 Minutes | $90
A brief appointment option offered to existing clients experiencing an acute health situation such as a seasonal cold/flu, respiratory infection, UTI, thrush etc or a single symptom flare up. Not advised for more complex health conditions or as a regular follow-up to ongoing treatment.

Short Check-in
Up to 15 Minutes | $55
A short check-in phone call to answer brief questions, gauge how treatment is tracking and/or adjust treatment advice or prescriptions.
Iridology Report
45 Minutes | $150
Specific markings in the iris, pupil and sclera can give indications as to predisposed weaknesses and/or existing damage or functional issues in certain tissues and organs, even if you’re not yet presenting with any symptoms. It’s a great tool to reveal potential causative or influencing factors to existing symptoms, be utilised for preventative treatment or used to track tissue deterioration and/or healing.
I offer iridology analysis reports for in-person consultations in Sydney only.
Flower Essence Therapy
30 Minutes | $85
Flower essences are a gentle, energetic approach to addressing mental, emotional and spiritual factors impacting your health and quality of life.
Flower essences can help support deep internal transformation, working with challenging mental states, stuck emotional patterns and spiritual imbalances. They can help to relieve stress and anxiety, improve mood and help navigate challenging times.
I offer flower essence therapy as part of my naturopathic consultations or as a specialized consult focusing on specific challenges you are currently navigating.
Pricing is inclusive of remedy.
Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a holistic system of complementary medicine that is based on the principle of ‘like treats like’, otherwise known as the ‘Law of Similars’. This philosophy promotes using minute doses of diluted, potentised forms of natural substances to provide a therapeutic stimulus to prompt the body’s own healing response to address health issues.
There are a plethora of conditions that homeopathy can support, including allergies, skin complaints, respiratory infections, digestive issues, menstrual difficulties, UTI’s, insomnia, grief and anxiety.
Pricing is inclusive of homeopathic medicine.
